The Full-Service Planning of Lovely Weddings:

In an initial meeting to get to know each other (in Salzburg or via video call), you can tell me what your hopes and expectations are, and we can assess together whether a collaboration is possible.

After the appointment has been confirmed, we will immediately start planning, choosing the location and the various services.

On the day of the wedding

• Contact persons & helpers for the bridal couple and guests
• Coordination and contact person for the service providers on site
• Acceptance of deliveries
• Checks of agreed decorations
• Layout of table cards, name cards and menus, orders of service, guestbook, etc.
• Ensuring that all tables are beautifully set and everything is in order
• Contact person for “emergencies”
• Implementation of last-minute changes due to cancellations or commitments
